Price Match Guarantee

TriploHub offers a price-match guarantee to users who book a flight with us. We want our customers to be confident they have found a great, legitimate deal on our platform. Within 24 hours of your flight ticket booking, if you find a deal with the same itinerary offered on another platform at a lower price, including taxes, we guarantee to match that price and refund the price difference. Still, if you are convinced by our matched price and want to cancel your booking with TriploHub, you can do so, and, as per our price match guarantee terms, we will offer a full refund, provided the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking your ticket.

Error of Pricing

If the quoted prices are inaccurate, we reserve the right to terminate or decline any bookings, including a pre-approved booking. If our team is unable to proceed with your booking due to a pricing error, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not be charged. If the fare has been charged or deducted from your account, it will be credited to you, and the refund duration will depend on the payment method you used to make your booking.
